Game Director Full Time

They’re looking for a Game Director to drive development, coordinate with cross-functional teammates, and push projects across the finish line.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team dedicated to creating and delivering original, engaging cross-platform games.
• Oversee creative and technical development of the game.
• Design game mechanics, rules, and flow for the game.
• Own and improve the work system, team performance metrics, goal-setting, product development processes, and delivery.
• Bring ideas, build prototypes, and implement lore.
• Collaborate with a wide variety of teammates and specialists.
• Collect user feedback through beta testing and focus groups

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as Game Director or Lead Game Designer
• Credited with multiple published game titles
• Experience with tower defense, survival or other real time strategy genre titles and understand the associated systems.
• Experience working in a continuous delivery/deployment environment.
• Experience in leading engineering teams, setting up work systems, improving team effectiveness and health, and delivering projects.
• Experience in aligning product roadmaps with desired outcomes.
