Crypto PR Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to join our team and drive our public relations efforts to new heights. As a PR Manager at our Web3 Client, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to enhance their brand visibility, reputation, and credibility in the digital currency industry and beyond, working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop PR Strategy: Formulate comprehensive PR strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and positive perception.
• Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and placements.
• Press Release Management: Draft compelling press releases, news articles, and other PR materials to communicate company updates, product launches, and milestones effectively.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and other PR channels.
• Crisis Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for managing crisis situations and mitigating potential reputational risks.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute PR events, conferences, and speaking engagements to showcase company expertise and thought leadership.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson, representing the company at industry events and media appearances.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze PR metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and executive leadership to ensure PR initiatives are integrated seamlessly with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) working in PR or communications roles, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
• Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated track record of securing positive press coverage.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Crisis management experience and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative PR campaigns that drive results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with media, stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
